What is a Smart Meeting room?

A recent study on the current work week, done by Jabra, stated that in 2023 48% of companies were in a hybrid work model, while 42% were in the office full time – a 5% increase on 2022.

The report also found that 62% of all meetings are now taking place in meeting rooms – roughly half of which also involve online participants.

So, what does this mean for you?

Consider a situation where 90% of a team attend a meeting in person, but 10% can only join from home. By not providing that 10% with the same quality of peripherals and devices, you are excluding them from having an equitable experience, and may even be preventing true collaboration from taking place.
