UNITED KINGDOM – Adobe Studio Sprint Reseller Incentive

PROGRAM PERIOD: 17/04/26 – 30/06/26

Who is Eligible?

Adobe partners registered in the United Kingdom who fulfil the below Eligibility Criteria.

Eligibility Criteria?

• Be Partners with an open TD SYNNEX UK Limited (“TD SYNNEX”) customer account, or; be Partners who have signed up to a new TD SYNNEX account and are not existing partners

• Not be public sector entities (as further explained in Terms and Conditions below)

• Accept and comply with the Program Terms and Conditions (below)

Prize:

There are 10 places (2 per winning reseller) to join TD SYNNEX & Adobe at Windsor Races on 10th August. Every allocated place includes VIP Race Day seating, food and bar spend.

Attendance Nomination and Registration:

The individual nominated by a winning Participant to attend must be an employee of the winning Participant (tickets are not transferable to any other third party) and must not be a government official. Once the Participant has submitted the names of the attending employees, no changes to the nominated attendee(s) will be permitted after 21/07/26 (“Cut-Off Date”). Any request to substitute or replace an attendee after this date may be declined. Winning Participants will need to accept tax liability on the prize (see terms and conditions below). Prizes awarded are not exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.

Winning Criteria:

Places will be awarded to those Participants (2 places per Participant) achieving the highest points totals during the Program Period (see points criteria below).

Points Criteria:

Points will be awarded for the following sales activities;
1. Net New purchases of Acrobat Studio and Upgrades from Acrobat DC/Pro - 10 pts per unit sold
2. Valid quotes for Studio (Generated through TD SYNNEX Software Store) - 1 pts per unit quoted
3. Attending Studio CoE enablement training session and demo on Weds 20th May at 11am - 50 pts per attendee
4. Completion of eLearning online course to receive a badge - 50 pts upon completion

Claims Process:

Winning Participants will be notified by email or telephone within 10 working days of the close of the Program Period and will have 5 working days to claim their prize. If they fail to claim their prize within this period the prize will be reallocated to the next top participating Partner.

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Program together with the Program Details [above]. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and the Program Details upon registering to participate in the Program. 2. The Program is operated by TD SYNNEX UK Limited (TD SYNNEX). TD SYNNEX reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to any Participant in breach of these Terms or the Program Details. 3. The Program Details set out details of eligibility requirements, the prizes and how they will be awarded and claimed. 4. Public Sector entities are not eligible to participate in this Program. For the purposes of this Program “Public Sector entities” means any national, regional, local, or other government agency or department; any public international organization; royal families; candidates for public office and political parties; and any entity that is owned or controlled by any of the foregoing. In the United States, this also includes all private and public K-12 educational institutions and libraries to be “Public Sector entities”. 5. TD SYNNEX reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the Program at any time if required. 6. TD SYNNEX will provide the prize as described in the Program Details, All other expenses — such as meals or drinks not included in the program, travel, incidental costs, and personal spending money — shall be the sole responsibility of the applicable Winning Participant. 7. Prizes provided under this Program may be subject to taxation and reporting, pursuant to applicable local laws. Each Winning Participant and / or its employee who is nominated to attend is solely and directly responsible for any tax liabilities (including tax withholdings and employment taxes), social security and insurance contributions, tax implications, and tax reporting, arising from or under this Program. TD SYNNEX shall not have any liability for taxes (including tax withholdings and employment taxes), social security and insurance contributions, or tax reporting arising from or under this Program. Winning Participants will need to accept tax liability on the prize of £300 value before the prize can be awarded. 8. Each Winning Participant shall ensure that the employee it nominates to attend is covered by appropriate employer liability and travel insurance policies. 9. Insofar as is permitted by law TD SYNNEX will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of TD SYNNEX or its employees. 10. For the purposes of this Program, TD SYNNEX cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and to the extent permitted by applicable law shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. 11. Participants agree that they are familiar with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) and other similarly applicable legislation, and shall not in connection with participation in the Program make any payment or transfer anything of value to, offer, promise or give a financial or other advantage to, or request or agree to receive or accept a financial or other advantage from, either directly or indirectly: any government official or employee (including employees of a government corporation or public international organization), political party, or candidate for public office; or to any other person with an intent to obtain or retain business or gain an improper business advantage. 12. TD SYNNEX accepts no responsibility for entries/purchases not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind and such will not be considered for the purposes of this Program. 13. TD SYNNEX’s decision regarding an aspect of this Program is final and binding. 14. These Terms and the Program are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the England and Wales.
