Week 1 — Tuesday, 19th May 2026

Getting Started with Microsoft Fabric: Vision, Value and Platform Overview
This session is dedicated to understanding what Microsoft Fabric is, why Microsoft introduced it and what challenges it solves for organisations moving beyond a Power BI–only setup. We will cover the unified analytics vision, the main workloads included in Fabric and how Fabric helps customers start or modernise their data platform journey.

The demo will focus on a first platform walkthrough, including navigation, workspace structure and a simple comparison between a traditional Power BI-centric approach and a Fabric-enabled architecture.

Week 2 — Tuesday, 26th May 2026

Exploring Fabric Workloads and Capacity Basics
This session focuses on the core building blocks of Microsoft Fabric and how the different workloads fit together through OneLake. We will explore the purpose of Data Factory, Data Engineering, Data Warehouse, Data Science, Real-Time Analytics and Power BI within the platform. In addition, we will introduce the Fabric capacity model, including CU seconds, basic optimisation considerations and operational awareness for partner projects.

The demo will showcase workload navigation in the Fabric portal and provide a first look at capacity monitoring and platform management features.

Week 3 — Tuesday, 2nd June 2026

Data Ingestion and Integration Options in Microsoft Fabric
This session is dedicated to the different ways data can be brought into Microsoft Fabric and made available in OneLake for analytics. We will discuss ingestion and integration options, such as connectors, pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, shortcuts, mirroring and Fabric databases.

The goal is to help partners understand the available approaches and when each makes sense in customer scenarios. The demo will include ingesting data into a Lakehouse, creating shortcuts and demonstrating how operational data can be integrated efficiently into Fabric.

Week 4 — Tuesday, 9th June 2026

Data Transformation, Engineering and Data Science Foundations
This session focuses on how Fabric supports preparing and enriching data for analytics using both low-code and scalable approaches. We will cover the role of Dataflows, pipelines and notebooks, and learn how Fabric enables transformation workflows beyond Power BI report-level logic. The session also introduces the Data Science experience in Fabric, showing how notebooks can support basic machine learning and predictive analytics scenarios.

The demo will include transforming raw data into curated layers and a simple notebook-based example of building a prediction workflow.

Week 5 — Tuesday, 16th June 2026

Real-Time Analytics and Data Activator in Fabric
This session is dedicated to Microsoft Fabric’s real-time analytics capabilities and discovering how organisations can react to streaming and event-based data. We will introduce the Real-Time Analytics workload, eventstream concepts and the role of KQL databases in supporting operational insights. We will also explore Data Activator and how it can trigger actions or alerts based on real-time conditions.

The demo will show live data ingestion, building a real-time dashboard and creating an Activator-based alert scenario.

Week 6 — Tuesday, 23rd June 2026

Copilot and Data Agents in Fabric: AI for Analytics and Operations
This session focuses on how AI is integrated into Microsoft Fabric through Copilot and emerging agent-based experiences. We will discuss where Copilot supports productivity across workloads such as Power BI, data engineering, pipelines and data exploration, as well as how partners can position these capabilities realistically with customers.

The demo will showcase how Copilot can be used directly in Power BI to support business users in creating reports and generating insights, and it will also introduce the Data Agent as a no-code way to interact conversationally with Fabric data. We will also provide a look at the Operations Agent as the latest addition to the platform, supporting monitoring and operational efficiency.
