Who Am I?: Navigating Identity and Access in the Cloud
We continue the series by walking around that essential perimeter of the cloud - Identity. Explore how to control access using Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Privileged Identity Management, Conditional Access, and MFA - and leave with a practical approach to enforcing least-privilege access across Azure.

How Do You Catch a Cloud and Pin it Down?:
Platform Protection and Network Security
Once we've secured our identities, now it's time to secure the infrastructure itself. This session covers Azure's platform-level security controls, including network segmentation with Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups (NSGs), Azure Firewall, DDoS Protection and host-based protections for virtual machines. We'll also look at secure connectivity patterns and how to harden your Azure perimeter using a defence-in-depth approach.

Protecting What Matters: Securing Data and Applications in Azure
Data and applications are at the heart of every organisation's cloud workloads - and prime targets for attackers. This session explores how to use Azure features to secure storage, databases and key management, using tools like Azure Key Vault, storage encryption and Microsoft Defender for Cloud. You'll also cover application security concepts, including secure development practices, API protection and how to use Microsoft Defender for App Service to detect and respond to application-layer threats.

Your Hands Can't Hit What Your Eyes Can't See: Security Operations in Azure
Time to float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. We'll close out the series by exploring how to monitor, detect and respond to threats across your Azure environment. This session covers Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR), Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Log Analytics, and security alerting pipelines. You'll learn how to build a security operations baseline and leave with a clear picture of what a mature cloud security operations practice looks like in Azure.
